FAQ
What Class Suits My Level?
Our structured curriculum consists of 8 seperate modules, divided across four key stages: Initiation (Modules 1 and 2), Improvers (Modules 3 and 4), Intermediate (Modules 5 and 6), and Advanced (Modules 7 and 8).
We also offer ‘bonus courses’ such as our ‘Spotlight series’ (that is ‘Open level’) plus our weekend ‘Head movement’ & ‘Beginner bootcamps’.
To best choose, please read the descriptions and info here: https://ukdc.co.uk/courses/
Can I drop in?
You can drop in during the first two weeks on any of our 8 week modules, regarding you’ve completed the previous one – For example, to drop into Module 3, you must have completed Module 2.
You can also drop into our mid-week ‘Spotlight course’, (as long as you have your Zouk basics), but this is only possible for week 1 and week 2.
We also offer every Monday night at Bar Salsa in Temple as a Drop in class.
Passing your course
To move on to the next module, you need to attend at least 75% of your classes.
This helps ensure that you’ve really mastered the content before moving forward.
If your attendance is below this, you’ll need to either repeat the course, pass a test to move up, or book a private lesson to catch up.
