Each month is an immersive deep dive into a single core topic. During most other classes, you might get one or two sessions only on a subject or theme that needs more time! It’s one thing to just learn a movement or a pattern, but to practise, integrate and build it into your muscle memory takes time!
This new structure ensures not only a comprehensive understanding but also plenty of time for dedicated practice so you’ll finally see big leaps and progress like never before.
Although the Spotlight series are ‘Monthly Topics’, they are bought as part of a ‘two month course’ – Each two topics are carefully combined together to give you the most progress, information and confidence in your dancing!
