Pure Paloma – Followers Only (28th June & 4th July)
We are extremely pleased to have Paloma grace our school with her wisdom, beauty and kindness!
She is a star that shines so bright, and was so interested and inspired in launching a followers course at UKDC. This is something she is extremely passionate about.
What will be taught & Is it for me?
Paloma will be in London with us for two weeks teaching two different course (plus a special workshops at Zouking on the 2nd July).
This Followers only course will be held over Tuesday 28th June – 7-8:30pm & Monday 4th July between 8:30-10pm (3 hours in total).
She will also be teaching alongside Pedrinho on Weds 29th & 6th July; a course for leaders and followers.

What’s the classes about?
These two weeks will be about finding your inner dance and what works for your body. You will learn how to incorporate all the skills and tools you already have and learn how to use them within your own body. This wont just be about copying an arm styling or learning a new movement – Everyone is different, so it’s time to learn why and how you can unlock and use what you already have and use it to the max!

The second lesson will be geared towards technique and routine (using what was also taught in the first session).
We really hope you enjoy these sessions and we are very happy to have Paloma with us for two full weeks. This is such a rarity, so please take full advantage as she wont be visiting again for a long time!
