Beginners Zouk Fast Track – Oxford – One Day Intensive – 19th Feb
Are you ready to immerse yourself in the incredible world of Brazilian Zouk and master this sensual dance style in just one short day?
This exclusive Fast Track Workshop is the ultimate shortcut for those who want to learn this captivating dance style as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We’ve created an intensive, jam-packed day of progressive workshops and social dancing that will give you all the knowledge and practice you need to become a Zouk pro in no time!
Our expert instructor, world-renowned Zouk champion Pedrinho Mattos, will guide you through the afternoon with his signature blend of humour, wit, and of course dance expertise!
This workshop is perfect for those who already dance other styles such as Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, Tango, WCS or Modern Jive. With your existing dance and body awareness, you’ll be able to learn at a faster pace and be challenged to reach new levels of skill.
Be prepared for a day of sweat, laughter, and lots of flowing movements as you immerse yourself in the beautiful world of Brazilian Zouk. By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a strong foundation in all the basics, a wealth of movements, routines, and techniques, as well as the confidence and skills to social dance comfortably.
We are hoping this will become a wonderful and regular partnership between UKDC and the Oxford University Salsa Society to create and grow Brazilian Zouk in Oxford (with the help of Brennan and Sekela!).
