Are you ready to take yourself to the next level of Brazilian Zouk with one of our head movement levelled bootcamps?
We have several bootcamps planned for 2024 from Level 1 all the way to Level 3. Please read all the below information to understand what each level includes and who they are for.

In Zouk, we don’t see head movements as a ‘step’ – It should never be ‘choreographed’.
All our bootcamps are 3.5 hours long and we will show you how to control your body and give you the best tips to be safe and enjoy your head motions no matter what dance style or level you dance at.

This intensive workshop will follow a progressive program and will build up beautifully giving you confidence in head movements.

Level 3
This final level will go much deeper into the techniques and movements. It now becomes much more than just the ‘head movements’ themselves – it’s about integrating everything so it becomes part of you.
Level 3 will bridge everything together so far and continue challenging you with new ideas, new routines and focusing on the flowing sensations, smoothness and transitions. We will also introducing how to create your own combinations and style within them and eventually moving onto travelling head movements, adding dynamics such as speeding up and adding sharpness to your movements and finishing with some epic power moves like the famous towels and tornados… Be Ready!
