The Followers Expression Lab – July 12th, 19th, 26th
This special solo course is created for followers to explore their own expression and musicality in Zouk!
What to expect:
The first hour of each class will be fully dedicated to dance. We’ll work on concepts such as travelling, exploring arm pathways and body movements through exercises and short routines. We’ll experiment textures of movements and how to express ourselves through different music styles.

The final 30 mins of the class will end with an open conversation around many topics that can support our progress but also the zouk scene evolution.
You’re invited to join and Anne Neuenschwander & Nina Quach to work together on your dance, your expression and your mentality on the dance floor!
