Our Intermediate course takes you beyond the foundations into the true heart of Zouk, where you’ll explore fluid head movements, expand your musicality, and add creativity through playful variations.
You’ll push yourself with dynamic combinations, learn to adapt your dancing to different partners and styles, and start to unlock your own voice within the dance. Prepare to strengthen your technique, refine your connection, and dive deeper into concepts like elasticity, counterbalances, and spatial awareness — while also exploring the intricacies of grounding, breathing, and flow.
With plenty of practice and repetition, you’ll build confidence in both leading and following, so the movements feel natural and effortless on the dance floor.
This course is all about challenging your limits, polishing your skills, and giving you the freedom to express yourself with creativity, musicality, and undeniable style.
