Foundations & Flow is all about strengthening your core Zouk skills and getting you ready for more advanced movements. You’ll uncover the secrets of connection, sharpen your lead and follow, and enjoy a smooth, flowing dance experience.
We’ll dive into Zouk’s core principles, refine your posture and alignment, and explore frame, connection, creativity, styling, and techniques for both leaders and followers.
By the end, you’ll feel confident dancing socially, comfortable with any partner, and fully ready to take on more complex movements. Embrace the sessions, and you’ll be the dancer everyone can’t wait to share the floor with – fluid, connected, and having a proper laugh along the way.
