Our 6-Week Progressive Zouk Fast Track course in Shoreditch is exactly what it sounds like – a fun, energising, fast-moving journey designed to challenge you just the right amount and help you learn in the best way possible.
If your goal is to learn Zouk properly, and become as skilled as possible, as quickly as you can – all while having fun, and growing as both a dancer and a person – then this is the course for you!

If you’re an experienced dancer in styles like Bachata or Salsa and want more of a challenge…
We often have a Module 1 & 2 bundle that is designed to elevate your skills much faster, so you can do 2 classes on one day.
Please note even if you’re a seasoned dancer, skipping Module 1 isn’t an option… sorry!
We believe that mastering the basics is essential because our advanced techniques like head movements, spins, and counterbalances all build upon the foundations!

Our Zouking parties are all about fun, connection, and community!
With amazing music and a warm, welcoming vibe, they’re perfect for dancers of all levels.
We host these parties once a month
Flowstate Festival - Zouk & West Coast Swing
Workshops from Beginners to Advanced + Parties till 5am!
With around 500-600 attendees, join the UK’s Biggest Zouk & WCS event.
